WalMart
Sell another unit
Move more product
Destroy another quaint little town by moving in and running out the competition
Paint the town grey blue and red with your Krap mart values
I hope you die a miserable lonely death Sam, if you haven't already
Uncle Sam you're not
Uncle Tom more likely
You big sell out
You'd sell your own mother for a quarter
I hope you're happy
You've ruined the quaint little village of Clinton where I live

Play Your Jazz
Play your jazz for Jack Kerouac,
hitchhiking
on the road of discovery,
writing with wild abandon
Play your Jazz for Allen Ginsberg, howling at the world
at all the indignities in life
Play your jazz for Bob Dylan, ending Tin Pan Alley with his
backstreet blues and Bohemian
bard poetry songs,
blowin in the wind
Play your jazz for Charles Bukowski, drinking away his life
in the seedy side of town,
writing about the city at night
Play your jazz for Jack Micheline, standing in the shadows
of Kerouac but forging his own
brilliant poetry path
Play your jazz for William S. Burroughs, cutting and pasting
novels in a surreal landscape
Play your jazz for Lawrence Ferlinghetti, starting from the
San Francisco City Lights
Play your jazz for Gregory Corso, lighting a fire in the literary
underground with beautiful prose
Play your jazz for Charles Plymell, cool hobohemian riding the
night train, writing to the beat, no
small feat
Play your jazz for Ana Christy, walking to the beat beat beat with
humour and pathos in the purple prose
night sky
Play your jazz for the Beat Generation, this century's renaissance ##
